K - 2nd Grade Instructional Basketball Program

For the first two weeks, players will participate in clinics conducted by our coaching staff. Children will learn passing, dribbling, shooting, positioning, spacing and the rules of the game. After the 2nd week, teams will be split evenly to make up equal teams for each division. A dedicated coach will coach these teams throughout the season. Once league play starts, teams will practice for the first 20 minutes of each session and play games that will consist of mini quarters.

Our number one recommendation when coaching youth basketball is to focus on the fundamentals! We will spend at least 75% of each practice on fundamentals.
